Happy Friday, Eastie!  I hope everyone who had the week off enjoyed their February vacation!  New weekend events have been added to the website.. Take a look below!



Harbor City School, Eastie’s nonprofit preschool, is hosting an open house on Saturday, February 24th, from 10am-12pm.

The next $5 community class at The Point EB are from 12-1pm.

The library hosts a Yu-Gi-Oh club for teens every Saturday from 1-4pm.

The library is showing a community film, McFarland, USA from 2-5pm.  Popcorn will be served!

The Tunnel Band will be performing at Maverick Marketplace Cafe from 7-11pm.

The next Fresh Truck Food Market will be down Maverick Square from 4-7pm on Monday, February 26th.

The library is hosting a community potluck from 6-8pm.  Bring a dish or two to enjoy with your neighbors!

The next Women Creating Recycled Art workshop is Wednesday, February 28th, from 9-11:30am.  This will meet again next Friday morning.

The next Wednesday night Zumba class at the Marty Pino Gym will run from 6:30-7:30pm.
